NRD Squad provides cybersecurity and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) advisory services, including but not limited to consulting, staff augmentation, program implementation, operations management, and audit and assessment readiness. The scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement executed between NRD Squad and the client.
2. Use of Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

- Designate a point of contact authorized to make decisions related to the engagement;
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the timeframes specified in the applicable SOW;
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the subject matter of the engagement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement. Specific confidentiality terms may be outlined in individual SOWs or a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NRD Squad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to NRD Squad for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
